was headquartered in the suburban area of Pennsylvania. There, a collaboration of business professionals constantly monitored changes in the Business Management Consulting marketplace - changes in technology and other factors that would effect Multiple Business Concepts, Inc.'s corporate existence. In 2002, a majority shareholder inherited 25% and purchased 26% of the shares of Multiple Business Concepts, Inc.. Multiple Business Concepts, Inc.
was dissolved as a corporation, and formed as a Limited Liability Partnership. This changed the scope of operations into a true multiple business management service entity now known as Multiple Business Concepts Partnership, LLC. (MBCP, LLC.).
